Bookings are valid only when confirmed in writing/email from ESSENCE GROUP FIJI head office. All bookings must state travellers names, contact person, number of PAX, transit pass request, itinerary plus contact details in Fiji. All reservations for services are subject to availability. All bookings to be confirmed by the company/client in writing to ESSENCE GROUP FIJI – essence transit lounge for transit passes & treatments. Bookings must be advised up to 24 hours prior to arrival. Transport pick up from Airport must be pre-booked up to 6 hours prior to arrival with confirmation from Essence Transit Lounge essential.
